Cuttings

We headed over to Fife today to see my Dad and M. It was lovely to see them both and I left with several plant cuttings - one  one crown-of-thorns (Euphorbia milii) to add to my collection and the rest Christmas or Easter Cactii to replace the ones that I have lost. 


We stopped off a B&Q on the way back to get some laminate flooring for the garage and to look at their kitchens. The quite from Magnet arrived yesterday and to say it was at the high end of our expectations would be an understatement. Whilst we could make changes to bring the price down, we both thought it would be worth checking other options. There was one I particularly like at B&Q - in general I found there range better that IKEA but we will also look at other suppliers nearby.
