Day 1 - A long travel day

Today we set off on our long planned trip to Canada, via a few weeks in the US. We flew from Heathrow to Boston with a 2 hour layover in Iceland. Even though the total travel time was only 10 hours from London to Boston, we ended up being awake for almost 24 hours! This photo sums up the day for me - Michael waiting patiently with our bags at an apartment block in Boston. We were supposed to pick up keys for our accommodation, but they were not in the correct place. We waited here for about 1.5hrs whilst we tried to make contact with people and get the keys. But we are finally in and looking forward to exploring Boston tomorrow!
