Stone Man?

A leisurely amble around Helsington Barrows looking for this structure. I've only seen it once before and wanted another look. I can't find out what it is. Google lens tells me its a stone man!!  Its been carefully built, its not just a pile of stones. It's not  the usual cairn on a high point and has no plaque to suggest its a memorial. It remains a mystery.
