Marriage in la Mairie

Chloe and I left Sutton at 1am to drive to Gatwick (she did very well considering the lack of sleep and fog!). Got a plane to Rennes, got ready in the airport toilet, then a bus into the centre where we got croissants and coffee and sat on a bench in the sun (see extra that Chloe took) in the square outside the town hall waiting for everyone to arrive for the civil ceremony (part one of the wedding) - and today’s main blip - incredible rooms inside the town hall!

Then went for a coffee, then lunch, then a crepe with a lot of the Sutton ladies. Then a very peaceful and pleasant train journey to St. Malo. Then in the evening a three course meal with all kinds of entertainment and speeches from friends and family. (See several extras.) By the end Chloe and I were very ready for our beds after having had one hour the previous night!
