Homemade Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

When my daughter heads off to start her university studies in a few weeks, our steady supply of fresh-baked desserts will depart with her. Luckily for her, the dorm has an oven and she can "check out" pots and pans from the front desk. I expect the other students there will gain a quick appreciation of her well-honed baking talents. As for us, we'll miss her... and her baking. ;)
