I didn't do a Wednesday weekly movie list last week as I'd been watching the series Deadwood. This week I did see one movie:

Marwencol (2010), documentary

Mark Hogencamp was attacked outside a bar and nearly beaten to death by five men, he survived but lost his memory of his life prior to the beating. Not being able to afford therapy after being discharged from hospital he developed his own form of therapy by creating a town which he calls Marwencol, populated with dolls, avatars of friends and people he knows. It's both physical and mental rehabilitation. He takes extensive photographs of the stories/re-enactments that he creates for the dolls.
