Harbour snacks

H wasn’t fussed about parkrun today but reluctantly came along. He was warned about the cold breeze but stuck with shorts so got before the start…. So ran really hard to warm up and got a new PB!
We celebrated by walking to the harbour to visit H’s favourite bakery.
