Not a potato

Our younger son, the joiner, was in Idaho for a few days this week to learn all about a new decking /  fencing material.  The family was warmly welcomed, they all share a common fear of the impact of the trade war.  
Our family brought us (supposedly) famous chocolate bars which were only to be found in the souvenir shops.   Happy to report they are delicious.. Chocolatey marshmallow covered in chocolate and rolled in coconut.  The name?  While Idaho is famous for their potatoes I thought the chocolate bar more resembled a turd than a spud.
