Tribute to Whitby Seafarers

A short visit to Whitby today.

It took over half an hour to find a parking place and I've never seen so many people in the small town. Absolutely packed!

I took a short trip on Elizabeth .... the only steam driven bus in the world so I'm informed by the owners. A bit bumpy and noisy but I guess I could cross it off the bucket list if I had one!

I love how the map that tags where the picture was taken puts me standing in the North Sea ... it clearly cannot cope with the idea of a pier!
