After school reading

After a bit of screen time, he chose to read for a bit. But did go back to his screen before dinner.

McDonald's for dinner for this one - a treat as his brother is away, then off to karate. I went to a parenting in a digital age workshop, so interesting and helpful, lots of ideas about how to support children, how to introduce phones, how to model behaviours. I'll need to change my blip habit, normally done before going to sleep. Phones will have to be turned off an hour before bed and not kept in the bedroom.
