Absgract Thursday - Tree Cut

The sun was picking out this part go the tree where a branch had been sawn off and it drew my attention. I wondered if ~I could use it as a basis for an abstract. The circles and cracks speak for themselves so I just added a coloured gradient to highlight it even more.
