Brrh..

Frosty start again..

Treated myself to a pamper session with Donna, so Freida had a run out & I took my lunch to eat in her up on the moor on the way back. 

The wind was very cold, even sat in my camping chair in the empty van wearing all my outdoor clothes, so I didn't last long but it was great to get out in her & I somehow also managed 8,500 steps today, double yay..!!
