From Pamplona

We didn’t plan on staying today but such are the ups and downs of fibro. Woke up ok then wasn’t and went back to bed.

Had a walk into town again. Exploring a bit more. Found an interesting museum showing early Roman occupation then just happened across an Irish pub on way home so had to pop in.

Tomorrow is a a total change of plan and one I hope really goes well.
