I love how what seemingly could be a historic, classical spot stuck in the past rather allows the modern artist to create and be part of contemporary culture. Trafalgar square's latest sculpture of a grand cockerel on a plinth is quite magnificent and looked just as dominant as Napoleon this sunny morning.
