A better morning than afternoon. The gas boiler man came though much later than I expected. He said that a valve (think that’s right) had been left slightly open and that most likely was the cause of the problem. He admitted it was his fault on the last repair.

Later, the dentist for a check up. More work needed :-(
I took the photo of the temporary traffic control(s) on the way. It was the glove that first caught my eye. I’d intended to walk further but got chatting to a neighbour on my way down the hill.
