Could NOT resist it.
I bought some Honey - obviously. I couldn't resist checking its B B E date; with the following extract in mind:-
"And while we might expect any ancient food to decompose past the point of recognition, archaeologists have actually uncovered 3,000-year-old pots of honey that were, remarkably, intact — and it's till edible."
I couldn't copy it but there's writing under a photo depicting an 8,000 yr old cave painting which can only be recognised if it's an individual up a ladder and Bees all around with Hive@top of ladder.
With that in mind I thought 26 Nov 26 was a bit pessimistic on two grounds.
1. In MY hands it'll never see NOV 25, let alone 26.
2. If it survives 1,000s of years you'd rather expect a slightly longer shelf life?
