A Welcome from Agatha Christie.

At the Torquay  Museum today there was evidence of the progress being made redecorating and redesigning the entrance.
Photographs of Agatha Christie are now adorning the walls, and there are more to follow.  It isn’t finished. Volunteers are doing much of the work. It is really looking attractive.
Hopefully the Museum will reopen on schedule in the spring.
The Museum Society lecture was on Dartmoor Curiosities, and the audience of 80 reflected the fact that local subjects are always popular, and Dartmoor in particular. The speaker, Paul Rendell, a Dartmoor guide, knows his subject and had some excellent photographs and stories about our beloved moor.
