Last minute sunset

The day had been lovely but there was quite a bit of cloud by sunset so I wasn't really hopeful but as I was leaving home to go to a meeting the sky turned a beautiful colour so I ran to the top of the dunes and marvelled at the beauty. I took these quickly on my phone but as I drove out of the villege the sun found even more gaps and the sky was spectacular but it was too late to go back, shame I didn't have a bit more time to wait - but the good thing is there will always be a next time for the sunset!
