Haring and thereing

It's amazing what you can just stumble across, in this case a hare sitting still and, seemingly, not terribly worried about the photographer looking into the field at it.  There was no sign of any March madness, although just sitting still near a human probably qualifies ...

I'm nearly all packed, and ready for the off - fingers crossed I should be back in Ecuador by late tomorrow (local time).  I'm aiming to do a little more Andean bird photography - fingers crossed that they play ball and that it doesn't rain too much.  There is quite a lot of wet weather in the forecast.  I'm not sure how the internet is going to work, so there may be some back-blipping.  We shall just have to wait and see.
