brrr what a cold but sunny day….out blessings fellowship this morning…some housework, admin and in a bit i’m off to chair keep fit…not all exercises are sitting down though…we walk around the room heel to toe, which i am super bad at…:)and more balance stuff…quite challenging…

the tulips are bright coloured…..there are no white one this year…..so i thought they’re lovely in mono…..their shape is so lovely….
