On Crochet and a Little Cat

Two things I love in one collage: crochet creations and furry Honey!

A perfect day for doing anything at all indoors!  You can see three different stages of my blanket, the making of granny squares in my heart-shaped tray, attaching them to my blanket in the early morning on my couch, with Honey liking to be close by next to me.   I have to admit that I somethimes noticed a stray cat hair being crocheted into my work! Easy to pull out and the blanket will be washed before use.

On the lower left is the blanket that I finished crocheting this morning. It isn't quite finished and needs  four or five more rows of stripes. It's a big job, but it's looking quite pretty in subtle pastles. I wasn't quite sure of them in the beginning, but they've grown on me!

Anyway, it's part of my cosy day at home. I will go out for some fresh air now as it isn't raining at the moment.
