Hooker Crag Muncaster Fell

This is a lovely picturesque walk from Ravenglass, passing Muncaster Castle and Muncaster Tarn. At only 231m it is one of the smallest of the Lakeland Fells, but has terrific views east to the higher mountains and west out to the Irish Sea. On a clear day they say you can see the Isle-of-Man from the summit. Well, it was a clear day, but hazy on the horizon - so no sign of I-o-M.
