Blue flowers

L and I have spent most of the day at a friends house. Having lunch and nattering while L played on the Wii, trampoline and watched a DVD with her older twins.

All topped off with a combat session at the gym. The cobwebs have been well and truly blown away. Not sure I will be able to move tomorrow!!!
