Crested Grebe at Winterley Pool

I spent an hour or so at my colleague's house this evening talking gardens. She has a fantastic space but needed some objective advice on how to keep on top of her garden. I'm no expert but I was happy to chat about it and will be giving her a hand with some tough garden love - getting rid of things that are overgrown to give other plants space to flourish.

On my way home I stopped at Winterley Pool and took a few shots of the wildfowl. The trees provided a beautiful reflection and backdrop for the grebes. They were quite busy feeding so I had to predict where they would surface to get a shot.
