At my hygienist for the six monthly visit. I was very pleased as my gum score is now 5% down from 9 the last time.

Home for breakfast and then off to weights class.

The only other thing I did was a dog walk. Got this book at the weekend as we want to do a tour of Northern Spain, starting at San Sebastián and ending up at Santiago de Compostela taking in the Picos. Noticed that can fly to Biarritz and take a train down to San S takes an hour. Need to get on planning. We will need a car for sure.
