Many happy returns?

Finally got my birthday present from Mr A today; except it has to go back!!!!!

We decided back in May that we needed new helmets and thought of the genius idea of ones that connect to each other via Bluetooth so we can chat while we are out & about. That seemed a better option than using an intercom system.

Its been a nightmare!!!!!!

The colour we wanted has been out of stock (now discontinued), or they didn't have it in our size in that colour. Or, they were advertised at one price then when we came to order we were told our size cost extra.
In between times, Mr A has been away so we decided to wait until he was back to make a purchase from the most reputable firm we found online. They had really good reviews and stated that all helmets were fully tested before dispatch and they would also pair the Bluetooth if requested.
So.....we ordered them and duly requested they be paired to save us a job. The next day, Mr A got a phone call from them to say the 'new girl in the office' had messed up and only posted one helmet!!!
Therefore they were not paired.

They finally both arrived and Mr A brought them round so we could test them out; only mine has a part of the helmet which hasn't been sprayed so its bare plastic and the visor doesn't lift up unless I get my fingernail under it but I can't do that with gloves on!. Aaaaarrrrrrggghhhhh!!!

On the plus side, we did still manage to pair them to each other and our respective phones, so I reckon once I get a replacement, we will be ok. Fingers crossed!
