Shiny New Car Day

The day started for me with a couple of engineers replacing the gateway. That is, the bit of kit that communicates with the solar panels, battery and national grid. I spent an hour on the phone after they’d gone, getting the software updated. It’s working again.
Will helped Tom make another raised bed at the allotment.
I dropped Tom off to collect the new car in Hexham. Meanwhile I picked up a bit of food shopping and drove the mini home.
Tom followed about an hour later. The neighbours came out to welcome him and his new car!
