MJ!

I'm honoured that Maria Jose let me take this photo...she doesn't even have one of herself on her Facebook! And I also confirmed what we had long thought and hoped for: that this corner bar-restaurant around the block in which she works is run by her and her mother Fina. We have called it the 'Mother and Daughter Place' for years in our local and particular naming system for local restaurants (The Triangle Place, The Cheap Place, The Posh Italian, Our Local Italian and so on). So 'muchíssimas gracias' MJ! They do the best bocadillo de tortilla francesa in town!
