Chester

This wasn't the best photo I took on my early visit to town today, but it was the most surprising. I was practicing taking people in harsh light and shadows. I prefer The Rows for this, but I was too early so I had to settle for Northgate Street. It was only when I looked at my images on the computer, that I spotted the two carvings, top corners, which I've been trying to find for ages. I knew they were somewhere in town, but didn't know their location. I've only lived here for 30 odd years, so I'm pleased to have found them so soon.
