Tiny Tuesday ...Mineral

I was always led to believe that this stone in my late mother's ring was a ruby, but I'm not certain. It could be a garnet. Whichever,  it came out of her ring a couple of weeks ago, and I need to get it repaired as soon as possible. I love it...a mineral for the challenge.  The day has flown by and I seem to have achieved nothing,  just messed about. I do need to concoct something with the remainder of my roast chicken, which by the way, done in the airfryer, was delicious. Cooked to perfection!!
