On another lane, The 'Cowny Cownsill' is blocking the way so they can dig up a muddy passing place and put down hard-standing (Presently in this lorry). The workmen were very friendly when we passed and although the road ahead is closed signs were out, I think they were prepared to move for vehicular traffic. It's nice when people go the extra mile...
