What's worse than watching your son fall teeth 1st
Hmm, tricky question. The answer is doing so just 10 minutes after watching your eldest falling down the stairs and nearly break her arm/ multiple bones in the body. We do not have many accidents and as I type that I am holding on to a wood pile of frightening proportions in fear of the shed that awaits, but when they do, they do tend to be rather spectacular.
So child one in a rush to get downstairs forgot the principles of gravity. Thankfully more fear than actual damage. However this was not the case for the number one son who decided that running with hands in pockets can be a great idearghhh! Sick kids and I was slightly concerned with the vigour with which the doctor tested to see the solidity of the toothy foundations, that said #1son was not saying anything.
Anyway, all clear, well apart from the ums clearly, it could have been so much worse. Child #2 was under strict orders to not move, to remain seated and not touch anything, at all.
Wow, all that before 9am.
The rest of the day by comparison, well who cares. At least the brave soldier was smiling come the end of the day.
