Last home game

Nice morning for a run but a cold wind. Offered to tail run and then a very slow runner arrived which meant we were stopping and starting a lot while we waited for them. Stopped off to get breakfast stuff on the way back and spent the morning sorting stuff out and getting lunch ready for the boys arriving. JD and FT arrived in time for rolls before heading to the ground to watch the Ireland v France game. Tried to get into the ground and was asked what was in my pocket and then to open my sporran, which wasn’t happening but managed to get in. The west fan village was rammed and they had put the big screen near the entrance from the ground so all in front of the bars was blocked, still managed to get a pint and headed to the North section to watch the game on the big screen there, turned out to be a good game. Scotland played well in the first half but then, as usual, fell apart in the second half when the subs came on meaning we only just held on for a win. Long walk back to collect the dogs and head out to get chips. Played a game of El Dorado, which I won, and then a 3 player game of Arctic Scavengers, which turned out to be much better than playing with just 2 people.
