Table Mountain

Early this morning, just as the sun was waking up, we cruised into the harbor here in Cape Town.  I got up and went on deck to capture the moment, and was so pleased that this time the weather was nice and clear!  (The last time we came, it was dark, and pouring rain!)

We were supposed to have an excursion to Robben Island -- "A day in the life of Nelson Mandela" -- but sadly the tour was canceled because the water is too choppy for the ferry ride to the island.  Oh well ... we're working on a Plan B ... we'll see what, if anything, comes of it!  At least it's a lovely sunny day.
