The Valley

This is one of my favourite views just outside Brecon looking down the Tarell Valley (from the A470). I love the glorious countryside and sense of space.

We timed our activities well today. Sister Flowerpower and I took ourselves out to lunch and then went to Llangorse Lake for a walk in the beautiful countryside and warm sunshine. We walked around the lake for a good few hours and then reached the car just as the sky turned grey and the heavens opened. The rain appears to have settled in for the evening now.

This is such a beautiful area and nothing beats a good walk then coming home to good cuppa.
