Football

I picked M up this morning & we went to The Bull for lunch, it was busier than we expected but we found a quieter table & enjoyed lunch & a chat ranging from Trump to opticians to books, etc.
After I’d dropped M back I parked the car at J’s & went with K&P to watch H play football. His school team drew 2-2 with an evenly matched team from Bristol. It dropped considerably colder during the afternoon & tried to rain but fortunately it didn’t come to anything. After the match we met up with granddaughter M, she has just performed two monologues for her drama exams, apparently when she finished them the other students applauded & said during her performance they forgot it was her so I’m guessing she did well.
When I got home I vacuumed & dusted downstairs ready for our visitors tomorrow.
