Red-shouldered Hawk

I had an early morning outing to Huntley Meadows with Wendy for the first time since returning from Texas.  It was very quiet so we were pleased to see this hawk as soon as we got there because there wasn't much else after that. Nevertheless, it was so good to be out in the fresh air and get a respite from the constant fire hose of bad news.  It never seems to let up.
