Naughty

.... but very nice!
A lovely pre- birthday treat by R and daughter E. My birthday is at the end of the week but this was arranged today as E had a day off work. I thought we were just meeting up for tea and cake so afternoon tea at a hotel in Eastbourne was a lovely surprise. Also in photo E in the garden - the sea is just there but it was very misty.
Lots of jobs this morning out and about. Yoga at lunchtime and pilates this evening. My knee isn't great so having to adapt the exercises and lots of ice and elevation.... grrr.
