Tomatin

I lived in Tomatin for a couple of years when I was a child, from 1978 to 1980.  It's a small village in the Scottish Highlands, around 16 miles from Inverness and is home to a whisky distillery, where my dad had a job in the warehouse. We've often looked for a bottle which would have been in the barrels when I lived there.  This weekend, we went to a whisky festival in Delft and this bottle was on one of the stands. It was distilled in 1976, so I'm guessing it was in Tomatin at the same time as me. We had to have a taste and I'm not a great whisky drinker but this one was actually really nice.
