Flamingos

The flamingos were out this morning at Pensthorpe, evidently the bird flu restrictions are not as tight now. I've added another to extras of them having a 'charge' across their deeper pond, and one of the lovely bearded tits. The weather today was quite different to the forecast, a lot colder and cloudy with sun only early. This afternoon I tackled a very big pile of ironing whilst watching The Green Mile, a fab film that I haven't seen in many years. What awful news about the collision between a tanker carrying jet fuel and a ship carrying toxic chemicals. I hope they can contain the environmental damage. So odd for ships to collide with the controls they have on the bridge these days.
