F is for funeral finery!

Today the gardening club visited Carlisle cemetery. This is not as odd as it sounds because in Victorian times the cemetery moved outside the city and now has some very mature and interesting trees plus beautifully planted borders. It is also quite adventurous having been the first in the world to offer woodland burials.
Quite sympathetic to other sorts of less conventional funeral too and I couldn't believe my luck when I saw this for my F alphabet challenge. Did I feel any polite doubts about whipping out the camera? No I did not - although I was quite glad to see that the occupant had already been put in his new resting place (it was a young lad) and that there were no following cars.
