Seed or fertiliser?

Having seen the bags from a distance I suspect fertiliser, but whatever the gulls appreciated the ground being turned over revealing a feast brought to the surface.
 
To be honest I think the seed is the most likely, or a mixture of both, but time will tell.
 
Biskit walking much of the day, and setting up a new ‘Heads Up’ GPS speedometer in the car.  For ages I’ve found the speedometer in the car not the most visible, especially in the dark, so I tend to use the Sat Nav, but that’s a bit small too.
 
Mrs W is finding the same, so I searched the internet Saturday evening, and finally found one which I hope will be fine, and it was delivered on Sunday afternoon.  The test run was this morning, and adjusting the parameters afterwards.  Hopefully it’s all operational now.
