Tulips

What a change in the weather.
Glorious sunny morning. No central heating on and the house felt warm because of the sunshine coming in the bedroom and lounge windows.
However when I opened the front door an icy blast blew in.
A real shock to the system!
So it was winter coat on and thick scarf.
I only drove into fog just after I left the house.

Now back home and the sun is still shining but the icy cold wind is howling down the chimney. Still warm inside.

The house is full of flowers at the moment. These beautiful tulips were a gift from our friends who came for a meal on Saturday evening.
I always say you can never have too many flowers.
