Ellesmere Port Lighthouse

Also known as the Whitby Light, can just be seen through the trees at the end of of the basin. A lovely peaceful Sunday morning, again more facinating history of the area.

It has been a super weekend. Lovely to meet up with old friends and welcome new ladies to our annual get together. The hotel was great, and the staff did us proud.

I decided to travel home today, instead of Monday, as the traffic on the M6 was manic. And the only hold up I had on the way home, was a 10 minute delay on the Birmingham end of the M5.
