Mini Daffodils

A visit to the Lodge to start the "wind up" for getting guests back in.  Beside the steps we have a bed of mini daffodils.  They have been planted nearly 20 years.  Why is that important?  Well I am used to "ordinary" daffs increasing over time a single bulb slowly becoming a clump.  These haven't really shown much signs of doing that.  The bulbs were planted by random scattering so these began as a group and still are.
