Helmsley

Mam and Dad were going out for the day today, and asked if I wanted to come along. We had planned to go up to Carlton Bank to the Lordstones Cafe, but it's closed, so we ended up having a sandwich in Helmsley and then had a very short walk in Great Ayton. The weather was really nice, so both places were pretty busy with everyone else who had obviously had the same idea.

I hadn't realised until I was about to upload this that there was a couple in the foreground of the shot of the castle ruins, but they look sweet so I wouldn't crop them out!
