Wagyu

Wagyu! 
It sounds a bit like a swear word doesn't it. 
And I did swear when I saw the price of it, but the boss bought it for us to have a special birthday meal
We hadn't tried it before, but it turned out to be really tasty, just plain, no fancy sauces or anything, merely pan fried and basted with loads of butter,.Crispy on the outside, perfectly medium rare inside.

In other news Mark Carney swept to a landslide victory in the PM election by the Liberal party. He'll take over from Trudeau in a few days.
I have to say, Trudeau has left the post in a blaze of glory, his public speeches have been to the point and targeted against the orange buffoon.

Ah well...
