Busy Sunday

Boys were up super early..  Went up to Aberdeen to watch Sonny play football and then on to hospital to visit my daughter’s mother-in- law.  I don’t really like hospitals - ‘intimations of mortality’ - but a lovely gentleman was playing a piano in the corridor and singing.  It really lifted the mood.  He told me he didn’t have a piano at home but came to the hospital to play theirs.  Then off to pick my friend up from the bus station to drive her home to Ellon.  For some reason my little Fiat 500 seems unable to get Radio 4 so I was listening to Radio Scotland when the track  ‘Shining Star’ by Kris Drever came on.
