Irresistible

It’s rare to get a full view of the Northern cardinal so when it unexpectedly happened this morning it had to be my blip! I was in the right place at the right time because a minute later he flew off. The Mrs was incognito • Three dear deer visited yesterday evening, then a fourth, and a fifth! Perhaps more but it was dark outside. At the end of a hard winter they’re obviously hungry and looking for food. I just finished putting a mixture of pellets, seeds, peanuts and carrots together in a small bucket, and will be setting up their outdoor table for the first time this year. Unfortunately there are no apples, which are their favorite. Shopping tomorrow! • Peace & Love
