Up early to go and walk at the North Third. I did the wider loop which takes in the reservoir and it was calm. Got home, showered and got dressed. Got up off the edge of the bed and clearly moved wrong and I’ve been struggling with my back for the rest of the day… I have an appointment with my chiropractor on Tuesday…
